Dear Members and friends,
We welcome you to our newsletter this week, marking some important news and milestones from the world of regions and airports.

First off, we look at the ever closing gap between airports and local authorities, with the signing of a partnership agreement between Budapest Airport and Budapest Municipality, which looks at improving the cooperation between two, jointly developing routes and also branding the city and airport together, to name but a few.

Moreover, in this issue of Regions and Airports we look at dAIR project’s newest partner for its final event in October, The Global Air Rail Alliance, as well as the continued growth of European airport traffic throughout the continent and steps taken in the direction of clean flying and environmentally friendly airport areas.

This and much more in this issue of the ARC’s Regions and Airports.

We hope you will enjoy it and feel free to send us your feedback at info@airportregions.org

Have a pleasant reading

Yours, The ARC Secretariat
