Regions and Airports newsletter

Dear Members and ARC friends,

This edition of Regions and Airports is filled with interesting articles on two subjects close to the ARC heart: how to reduce noise and carbon emissions in and around airports, as well as plenty of news from our member regions and airports.

Also, from the European domain, we have news on the Just Culture declaration on aviation safety, the European Parliament discusses the future of EASA, the EESC focuses on integrated aviation policy and warns against social dumping, and the European Court of Justice has ruled against classifying technical problems as “exceptional circumstances”.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Vienna on Thursday and Friday this week for the Half-Yearly meeting and conference celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Vienna Mediation Centre.

We hope that you will enjoy our Regions and Airports newsletter and please do not forget to inform us of what is happening in your region and at your airport!

Yours,

the ARC Secretariat
