Dear Members and friends,

The first edition this month of Regions and Airports comes fully packed with interesting news on privatisation plans for airports in both Spain and France and the suing of airlines by German rail company Deutsche bahn.

Also, we see how Frankfurt airport is using geo-spatial technology to manage Germany's biggest workplace and a road simulation model has been completed for Charles de Gaulle airport.

We hope you will enjoy reading this edition, and please continue to inform us on what is happening in YOUR airport region.

Yours, the ARC Secretariat
