The Municipality of Kincardine is developing a new Community Improvement Plan to attract investment and foster economic growth. A CIP can include incentive programs, like grants and loans, to stimulate private sector investment for things like:
business façade improvements
business signage and awnings
accessibility enhancements
agri-tourism
affordable housing
energy efficiency upgrades
business attraction
We want your feedback on the new CIP programs. Please complete the short survey by clicking the button below and visit our Community Improvement Plan webpagefor more details.
Have you completed the EmployerOne survey yet? We encourage all companies with at least one employee to complete the survey. EmployerOne provides valuable insights about our local workforce challenges and opportunities.
The Municipality of Kincardine is working with MHBC Planning to update the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law. This document specifies the permitted land uses on property (e.g. commercial, agricultural, industrial or residential) and regulates things such as building heights, lot coverage and property line setbacks.
Check out our interactive zoning map and learn more about this project on KincardineTalks.ca.
Cataplut Grey Bruce is bringing together established entrepreneurs from across Grey and Bruce Counties to create a dynamic ecosystem where businesses can grow and thrive. They have mentors available to offer one-on-one support giving you access to a variety of experts in the field. Learn more at catapultgreybruce.com or visit their upcoming event.
