Free Webinar - Evaluating the Accessibility of Multimedia Players

Designing an interactive online experience with multimedia content relies on several components to ensure accessibility. In this webinar, you will learn how to evaluate the most essential accessibility components for multimedia, as referenced in the W3C Web Content (WCAG) and User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG). User needs vary widely so the level of customization afforded by the user agent (e.g., browser, standalone player, or app) should match those user needs, preferences, and expectations. Such needs may include an adjustable playback rate, customizable appearance of captions, or focus indicators. Knowing your audience will inform your decision-making as you select which media player or platform to use.
