Weekly Wellness Tip: Don't Worry About a 'New Normal' For Now 

“Normal is [gone]. There is no normal.
Normal packed up its bags and left the keys on the kitchen counter.” 

Let’s be honest: we’re not going back to normal, whatever that is/was for you. I’d also venture to say that we should stop focusing on what the “new normal” will be considering we’re all trying to weather the current pandemic. As we are in the same storm, but not in the same boat, we are all navigating this differently. That said, “normal” may not even be in your current vocabulary. And that is okay. 

We can, however, acknowledge that this pandemic has highlighted that what was “normal” may not have been serving us well. We can note that, once we do make it to the other side of this, we need to reconsider the practices and habits that we once employed.
