From the Principal's Desk

We are excited to update you on our Hearts & Hammers Capital Campaign.  Over the past 16 months, Notre Dame School has been blessed immeasurably by the generosity of donors.  From charitable foundations around the metroplex, our Notre Dame staff and families, and many generous friends in the community, we have raised over $8,000,000 ... and counting!

The goal of the Hearts & Hammers Capital Campaign, chaired by Mary Terry, is $11,000,000 which includes the following objectives:
  • Campus Renovation      $6,500,000
  • Endowment                    $3,000,000
  • New Faculty & Staff       $1,250,000
  • Transportation                   $250,000
The school building was last renovated in 1989, and many upgrades are required to simply meet safety standards. Necessary capital improvements include the elevator, roof, windows, flooring, and HVAC system.  The facilities plan also calls for remodeling classroom space to allow a gradual enrollment increase of 20 students.

We would like to recognize the Mike & Mary Terry Family Foundation and The Rees-Jones Foundation for their significant leadership gifts to the Hearts & Hammers Campaign.  Thanks to their generosity, the renovation will take place this summer.

We appreciate your support and prayers as we embark upon this momentous project, and hope you will support us by donating to the campaign.
