Our Product of the Month is Inno-Therm®/Metisse®
An insulation product that speaks to the circular economy, with additional social value, with good thermal and acoustic properties, combined with the ease of use and pleasure in handling, all combine to make this the ASBP Product of the Month for March 2017.

Most of us have a favourite pair of old jeans that are just so comfortable, they’re like a second skin. But there comes a time, when even these have to go. A social enterprise in Sheffield is working with another social enterprise in France, Le Relais to convert clothing comfort into thermal and acoustic comfort. The team collect unwanted garments, with the old jeans separated, shredded, the studs and zips recycled and the fabric pulled apart and turned into insulation. 3 pairs of jeans are enough to produce an insulation bat (0.6m X 1.2m X 100mm thick).
