Partner Yoga
 
Two chances in February to connect in the practice of Principle Based Partner Yoga.  Partner Yoga helps to create trust, strength, energy and balance and is ideal for those looking to have fun and explore deeper connections in their relationships.      So we are almost a month into the New Year.  Time for a little check in.  How are your intentions going?  Are you keeping up on the vision you created for yourself?  I began the year participating in the Conscious Cleanse Program.  This is a two week program created by two amazing women, Jo Schaalman and Julie Eberle Pelaez.  The program focuses on elimitating any foods that might cause sensitivities and allergies, and to work with correct food pairings.  Through the support of Jo and Julie and the group of cleansers I made it through and am now in my fourth week. I have reintroduced foods but kept most of the cleanse practices.  I feel extremely healthy and strong, my mind feels focused and my sleep has improved.  Jo and Julie also just released a book about the cleanse in the same name.  If you are considering a break from your habitual eating habits and want to give your digestive system a chance to renew, I can't recommend their cleanse enough.  If you're considering the cleanse use the code RFCC413 at checkout to save $25.
     If you've found yourself slipping or possibly want a second chance on creating a New Year's intention, perhaps it's time for a reboot.  Beginning in February I am embarking on a month of giving inspired by the book 29 Gifts by Cami Walker.  The book's focus is not on giving material gifts, but rather the idea is to set an intention everyday to give yourself to a person in the form of an act of kindness.  The gifts can be given in many forms and to anyone.  They must come from a place of love, gratitude, patience, joy and abundance.  I invite you to join me on this selfless journey.  You can commit to it on the 29 Gifts website or do it on your own.    I will be sharing on my Facebook page and it would be great if people posted pictures, quotes, or even stories of their adventures in giving.
     I have three workshops in February: two Partner Yoga and one Acroyoga.  February 10th I will be leading an Acoyoga workshop in Denver at Root Yoga.  We will be flying and playing from 1-3pm.  On Valentine's Day I am co-leading a Partner Yoga workshop at The Little Yoga Studio from 7:45 to 9:15pm.  Spaces are limited so register online to save your spot.  The following night, February 15th I will be leading a Partner Yoga workshop at Corepower in North Boulder from 7:30-9:30pm.  Please join me at one, two or all three of these amazing workshops.
