Mia and I are excited to announce our intro to slacklining series.  Every Sunday starting July 6th from 11-12:30 at Salzberg Park on the corner of 19th and Elder.

The art of Yogaslacking takes practice, patience and persistence.  The introductory workshops will provide you with the fundamentals of getting on the line.  We will cover the basics of kneeling, standing, sitting, arm balances and inversions.
Hello Friends,
Welcome to summer!  So far it's been great on this end.  I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine, playing out side and cool nights with friends.  Mia and I are excited to announce our intro to slacklining series every Sunday in July starting on July 6th from 11-12:30 at Salzberg Park on the corner of 19th and Elder.  We are offering these workshops for $10 each.  Please come out for one or all four.  They will be set up for people who have never been on a line and for those looking to bring transitions and more complex moves into their practice.
I am also looking forward to my Yoga Hikes this month.  I am leading three of them, Sat, July 6 at 9:30 am, Mon, July 8 at 9:00 am and Wed, July 10, at noon.  They are $10 each.  We will be starting each hike with some gentle stretching, followed by a 40 minute hike to a nice spot to go through a guided Yoga practice.  We will end with a short meditation.
Finally, It wouldn't be a newsletter without the announcement of my upcoming Acro and Slackro workshops.  The next Acroyoga workshop will be on July 13th at Omtime from 6:30-8:45. We will be playing with partner transitions and flying yoga poses.  This workshop is $20.  On July 26th from 6:00-7:30 we will be at Prana where Mia and I will be teaching Slackro, the combination of slacklining and Acroyoga.  We will use our partners bodies to find balance and the feel rather than the line.  This workshop is $15.

Love, Light, Flight and Slackin,
Raj

The C3 is back!
Come join me every Thursday from 4:00-5:15 at Corepower Yoga South Boulder for this exploration of breath, meditation and advanced asana.  This level three class is accesible to all because we will breakdown complex postures in a way that focuses on the action in the body rather than the outcome of the pose
