Acro style Backbends and Inversions. You’ve tried full wheel on your own, now feel it hanging from someone’s feet. Take shoulder stand to a whole new level!
Session Three: Saturday, December 1st, 2012
Let’s do transitions Acro style! Move seamlessly from pose to pose.
