A new plan to ‘Grow and Prosper Corangamite’ is being launched. It's a new approach, and we invite you to be involved - by attending an event or a workshop.
Your input into this process and providing insight into the needs and aspirations of your respective industries/areas will be invaluable. 
You can stay up to date with Grow and Prosper Corangamite progress and events on Council's website and socials. We have four events scheduled to the end of the year.

Camperdown Production Precinct Masterplan - Corangamite Shire 

Are you the next entrepreneur in Corangamite? There’s no better time than now to get ready to launch your innovative business idea.
Entrepreneurs and start-ups in Warrnambool, Moyne Shire Council and Corangamite Shire Council will receive expert guidance and training on how to bring their ideas to market thanks to $250,000 in funding from LaunchVic. 
Prospective participants will be able to lodge an expression in the coming weeks. In the meantime, updates will be published at and on the Ideas Place social media channels. Any enquiries can be forwarded to

Corangamite Shire Council in conjunction with Deakin University, invite you to learn more about the exciting employment initiatives happening across the South West. You will hear about the recruitment services provided by Deakin University to support employers with their early-career recruitment strategies. Corangamite Shire representatives will also outline what we are doing in the area of employability-related initiatives within our Shire along with presentations from Warrnambool City, Moyne Shire and South West TAFE.

This Graduate and Employment forum is free of charge and will include a light luncheon for all attending.
