It's Oral Argument Month at FVAP

Five of our cases will head into oral argument this month, and we are really excited to see how they turn out. In two cases, we represent survivors of domestic violence who received restraining orders in the trial courts and are defending against appeals filed by their abusers to have their restraining orders thrown out.
