Update on COVID-19 from
Kingston Community Health Centres

KCHC is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19.
We are currently holding appointments by phone, video, or in person. If you are coming into the building, please remember to follow current health guidelines and wear a mask. When you arrive we may need to ask you a few screening questions and take your temperature.

Translation Services

KCHC Immigrant Services can connect you with translation services.
- A wide range of languages are available
- Translators are ATIO certified (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario)
- Quotes issued within 2 to 3 business days
- Processing time is within 5 to 7 business days after the quote has been accepted
- Payment is by credit or debit card
- Original documentation is needed for translations to be certified

Welcome Package for Newcomers

Immigrated to Canada within the past year?
You may be eligible to receive a Welcome Package provided by our partners at the City of Kingston and Kingston Immigration Partnership. You can pick it up at KCHC Immigrant Services during office hours. The welcome package includes:
- 1 Year fitness pass at Recreation Centre
- 2 tickets to a show at The Grand Theatre
- 1 family pass to Pump House Steam Museum
- 1 family pass to MacLachlan Woodworking Museum
- Scheduled Transit Information Session- Learn more about Kingston Transit and receive 1 month of free transit
