I hope this finds you well.
Free COVID-19 testing is now available in Santa Clara County for anyone who wants it, whether you have symptoms or not.
One of the keys to containing the pandemic and reopening our economy is the ability to widely and quickly test Santa Clara County residents for COVID-19. This new free testing a big step in that direction.
Testing is being offered in San Jose at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, 344 Tully Rd., and PAL Stadium, 680 S. 34th Street.
Testing is being offered at no cost to individuals as a service of the State of California in collaboration with Verily, an Alphabet company. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older, have photo ID, and electronically sign a COVID-19 Public Health Authorization Form and Lab Consent.
You can make an appointment in English or Spanish at www.projectbaseline.com/COVID19
