Tour Cancellation Update
We are continuing our efforts to reclaim some of the monies paid but appreciate this is going to take some considerable time before we know exactly how much we can refund. In the meantime the Croatian government have made the following announcement due to coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic:
‘On 12 March the Croatian government announced that it will introduce with immediate effect a compulsory 14 day period of self-isolation for all foreign nationals arriving from the United Kingdom’
Consequently, if you are going to pursue a claim through your insurance company you must state that the reason for cancelling the tour is because of the Croatian government ruling.
