The Slice & Pint is hosting two family style beer pairing lunches to celebrate the coming of Ochos Locos. Each pairing comes with an ESBC beer and will be designed by our very own Certified Cicerone Tom Kelley and Chef Matt Ranney. 

Join us on May 18th or 19th
11am - 1pm

It's gonna be a killer way to celebrate, hope you can join us for the first in what we hope are many pairing events.

APPETIZERS
House made pork rillette w/ pickled veg on toast
and
La Tur cheese, pomegranate seeds, agave, basil on toast
paired with Citra Pale Ale

FIRST COURSE
Panzanella & burrata salad with farmer’s market heirloom tomatoes
and
Prosciutto, melon and Parmigiano Reggiano 
paired with Ochos Locos DIPA

SECOND COURSE
Pork Milanese, roasted spring vegetables, arugula pistou
paired with Aileron Saison
