JESSICA CARTER ... From: Born and raised in North Vancouver Lives: Vancouver Island Work: I will begin my career as a Registered Dietitian.

Q: What inspires you to jump for joy?
A: After years of searching out then studying for a career that will combine my loves of science, people, and food; I am about to begin!

Q: Your experience doing the jumping photos?
A: First of all it was a great workout- which I loved. It was also an amazing feeling jumping in the sand, on the rocks, in the tall grass and laughing the entire time on the same beach where I played as a little girl.

Q: What inspires you?
A: When the changes we try to avoid the most in life actually turn out to be our best learning experiences. This sort of haphazard wondrousness about life inspires the heck out of me.

Q: Your greatest passion?
A: Family, friends, food, and music: entertaining the two former with the two latter is how my best memories usually come to be.

Q: Your driving force?
A: To realize my full potential. I feel too many people sell themselves short, prematurely settle, or don't realize they are worthy of positive things.

Q: Your philosophy?
A: Honesty in love. Is that more of a mantra? Either way, everyone deserves it.

Q: Anything in the world?
A: I am where I want to be right now. It was along road to get here.

Q: What are you working on?
A: I would like to start my own private dietetics practice down the road after I gain more experience. Being a dietitian in the media interests me greatly as well. Connect with me on Twitter!

Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.

1) Hold nothing back: life happens once.

2) Invest in your personal potential (no one else will).

3) Do and mean what you say. People notice "walkers" versus "talkers" and will more likely invest their time/energy when they trust you will deliver on your word.
