Showcasing the beauty of the human spirit - in mid air - around the world

“While living in the present moment, the true source of experiencing joy lies in one act: discovering and following what excites us the most in any given moment each day, all day… What you do, whatever makes you feel alive and joyful, is your unique expression. And it is probably the only thing that will bring you true joy and excitement.” - Robert Anthony

I am from a very small town in Manitoba called McCreary., when I lived there the population was around 800 people, now it’s 400!! I currently live in Vancouver BC but travel around quite a bit for work to Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg and LA.

Q: What inspires you to jump for joy?
I jump for joy to be inspired. I jump for joy to feel alive. To feel happy. Jumping for joy has saved me.

Q. Your experience doing jumping photos?
I had a lot of fun. I don’t particularly love photo shoots. It always feels like there is pressure to get a good shot but this was super fun, pressure free!! You have an amazing energy and it was so great to have you excited about the pictures and being creative and having fun.

Q: What inspires you in life?

A: People. Creativity. Hope. Love. Kindness. If we really take the time to stop and just look around, inspiration is everywhere.
Q: Your greatest passion?
A: My career is a big passion. Being an actor is so creative. You have to constantly be reinventing yourself while still bringing yourself to the role. I’m branching out to do more now - writing, directing, producing. I just love what I do. I also coach actors and bring a lot of passion to that.

Q: Your driving force?
Entertaining people, helping people. So many people hide from their emotion, my job as an actor is entertain them and help make them feel - joy, sadness, laughter, whatever. There’s no greater feeling than when you feel or see that connection to another person and they can’t hide it. It’s beautiful.

Q: Philosophy?
There’s a few... “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you are right.” “If the door is closed, there is a window open somewhere.” “Stop waiting for the miracle to happen to you, Be the miracle.” I really believe that anything in life is possible, if you work hard. Also, “Do more good than harm.” People forget to just be kind to one another.

Q: Anything in the world?
I’m happy to say that I am living my dream. Life is short - if you don’t do what you want now, you might never get the chance. That being said, I’m constantly working towards improving my life and being happier. I want to continue to work in the film/tv industry as an actress as well as start making more of my own projects. I want to expand into working around the world.

Q. Working on?
I am currently writing a feature film and am in pre-production on a short film I’ve written and will direct. I am also writing a book on acting. I am very excited about my first rom-com “A Novel Romance” that will be airing on Hallmark in January as well as a guest spot on the new Bravo series “Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce”. More info can be found on my website:

Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.
A: I would like to thank you for thinking of me and including me in this shoot. When you first approached me to do a shoot last year, my mother was quite ill and I’ll be honest in saying, I didn’t feel much joy. Thank you for giving me the chance to do another one. I felt a lot of joy working with you yesterday and I dedicate this shoot to my beautiful, brave, strong mother. She was smiling with joy down on us.
