Showcasing the beauty of the human spirit - in mid air - around the world

"When you are inspired by a great purpose, everything will begin to work for you." - Wayne Dyer

Hello lovely people... for those of you looking for gifts for friends and family, I have created two different 2014 Jump for Joy! Calendars, click on them to take a look:

Featured jumper of the week: PILAR STELLA INGARGIOLALike Jump for Joy! Featuring Pilar Stella Ingargiola on Facebook

Work: C

onsultant in business, investing and philanthropy strategy and am working on starting up an investment fund in real estate and startups using EB-5 dollars.

Lives: I live in Santa Monica, CA.

Q: What inspires you to jump for joy?
A: Life. Seriously. There is sooo much to jump for that inspires and to inspire joy! Every day I meet amazing people and am connected to the most fascinating people - like you who are doing things on the planet to inspire others. That is enough to jump for joy!

Q. Your experience doing jumping photos?
A: Giggly, fun, liberating, free, playful, joyful, childlike!

Q: What inspires you in life?
A: People who are passionate inspire me.

Q: Your greatest passion?
A: Surfing and yoga inspire me to be a bigger, better, more authentic me and to allow others to do the same. Also, being positive and passing that infectious joy on to others. I am also passionate about increasing human connectedness, potential and positivity.

Q: Your driving force?
A: It sounds trite, but I have done some of the most amazing things, met incredible people, and lived in cool places and the reality is that at the end of the day we are all very similar...despite our differences - culturally, sexually, religiously, etc... - we all want to be heard and loved. When we can begin to learn that about others and remove judgments and limiting beliefs and embody more empathy and compassion in every aspect of our lives, we begin to see that and can translate that for others.

Q: Your philosophy?
A: Be loving, positive, empathetic, and compassionate...leave everything better than when you found it...and be a more vulnerable, authentic and better me so that it gives others permission to do the same!

Q: Anything in the world?
A: Yes, pretty much doing what I am doing...yet with more support. I feel like we are in the middle of so many paradigm shifts it is hard to hit on all of them... old systems and ways of doing things are falling away - in business, education, government, gender dynamics, investing, health care and the list goes on - systems are shifting and transforming away from those that were created in the Industrial Revolution and before and away from uniformity and compliance to more open, authentic and unique approaches. It is a very uncomfortable time for many during this transition. My work is to aid in this transition- whether it is through my work between investors and entrepreneurs, women and men, through my yoga and surfing philosophy, or just in my positive pixie presence.

Q: What are you working on?
A: I am in the process of starting an investment fund called Alchemy P4 - a women-innovated investment fund leveraging EB-5 dollars to invest in real estate, startups and creating a different culture, community and dialogue between investors and entrepreneurs to create win-wins that promote differentiation, innovation, creativity and disruption. P4 stands for People, Purpose, Profit, Planet.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between investors and entrepreneurs to create better deal flow and stronger partnerships to create jobs, mitigate risk, maximize returns and unlock a global marketplace of entrepreneurs and investors. You can follow me at and on Twitter: @AlchemyP4 and @pilarstella

Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.
A: I am the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Alchemy P4 and I am a surfer and Kundalini yogi. I am also a writer and the author of a children's book called
Seeking Serenity about peace with 10 Nobel Peace Laureates, and BEing the Present, a book about living in the moment. I love to travel and one of my biggest gifts on the planet is connecting people.
