Quote of the week:

"Great achievements are made by starting from exactly where you are right now with exactly what you have right now. Stop wondering and start doing. Once you’ve made a little progress you’ll always know, without a doubt, that you can make even more progress if you try." - Marc and Angel Hack Life

*** The travel contest is over! Thank you for your votes and wonderful support... however, I was not able to get enough votes to make the final cut. My final vote count was 3460. It was well worth the effort, I learned a lot and I had fun giving it a shot.

I can't thank you all enough for your incredible support :) Even though I didn't win the contest, I am still on a mission to continue my project one way or another. I will travel the world and keep the jumping joy photos coming, it may just take a little longer to make it happen :)

Featured Jumper of the week: AMY CLOVER!  Like Jump for Joy! Featuring Amy Clover on Facebook
AMY CLOVER  ... From: San Rafael, CA Lives: In Los Angeles at the moment. Works: I wear 3 hats: I am a personal trainer; I am the writer at Strong Inside Out, a blog empowering you to overcome life's obstacles through fitness and positive action; and I'm the creator of The 30x30 Project, a 30-city bootcamp-teaching tour across North America to benefit suicide prevention charity.

Q: What inspires you to want to jump for joy?
A: The fact that I'm still here and that is proof enough that hope is real.

Q.What was your experience like doing the jumping photos?
A: I had so much fun! As I told you afterwards, it's probably impossible to jump without feeling joyful. I felt energized, free and silly (in a good way).

Q: What inspires you in life?
A: The most inspirational things in life are those that remind us that we ARE alive. Those that help others while doing something extremely unique are my inspirations.

Q: What are your greatest passions in life?
A: Fitness, my family, helping others and travel are my greatest passions in life. All of them make me feel the most alive.

Q: What is your driving force in life?
A: My driving force in life is to convince as many of the struggling as possible that their story is important. Back when I didn't believe that I had a hope in the world, I wish someone had told me that I would come out of it stronger, and that it was worth fighting for. That's the message I hope to drive home with this tour.

Q: What is your philosophy in life?
A: LIVE it. So many people walk around waiting for permission to live fully. Don't wait. Don't ask. Just live.

Q: If you could do anything in the world, what would it be?
A: I am doing what I want to do. I spent too much of my life waiting for permission. When I woke up and realized that no one would give it to me, I started pushing outside of my comfort zone.

Q: What work/art/projects are you working on?
A: The 30x30 Project is my masterpiece. This tour of bootcamps to raise awareness and funds for To Write Love On Her Arms has been months in the making and now it's finally a reality! You can see more about the tour and my site here: http://StrongInsideOut.com

Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.
A: Amy Clover is a personal trainer and the voice behind Strong Inside Out, a blog empowering you to overcome life's obstacles through fitness and positive action. She is currently on a 30-city tour across North America to raise awareness and donations for To Write Love On Her Arms, a suicide prevention charity. Read more about Amy and her tour here:
