Q: What inspires you to want to jump for joy?
A: My children, sunny days, Great music, friends and love makes me want to jump for joy.
Q. What was your experience like doing the jumping photos?
A: I absolutely loved jumping for joy. It made me feel so free and happy, and I loved seeing the photos. It made me realize that I need more joy in my life and being silly like that really helped release stress and get me in touch with my inner child again. I am very inspired this project and seeing other people jump for joy inspired me to as well.
Q: What inspires you in life?
A: Great people inspire me. My kids inspire me daily and my mom and dad also inspire me a great deal. I love music and creating it and take inspiration from life, and love.
Q: What are your greatest passions in life?
A: My greatest passion in life Is music. I've loved it since I was little and I've always felt very connected to it. I am also very passionate about fitness and health. I'm active and love the outdoors and eating well.
Q: What is your driving force in life?
A: My driving force in life is my children. They are my life and give me inspiration every day. They remind me every day how precious every moment in life is.
Q: What is your philosophy in life?
A: To always strive to grow and learn whenever possible. I am always open to new things, and feel that its very important to be willing and open minded. I am a risk taker, and even if I face failure, I like to think that it will always be worth it for my personal growth. I also believe in balance. Money has never been the most important thing in life to me. But rather quality of life and the ability to explore my world.
Q: If you could do anything in the world?
A: To have a writing credit on a major artists hit song. I would also love to be able to make a trek to Nepal and live there for at least a year with my kids..
Q: What work/art/projects are you working on?
A: I just recently bought a very busy landscaping company. I love it, because it gets my physically active and outdoors all day long, rain or shine. I also have a few songs in big pitches with some high profile artists. One of which is being produced by the producer for Michael Jackson's "Bad".
Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.
A: I started pursuing a music career at the age of 38 after having two children. Since then, I have had a song on top 40 radio stations across Canada and songs placed on many major US network prime time shows and have also had cuts on several up and coming artists albums. I also started snowboarding, and rock climbing around the same time, and am so hooked on both.
I'm creative, high energy and I think the only thing I am afraid of is death and big hairy spiders. I don't sleep much but seem to have more energy than I know what to do with. I'm a Pisces, and very much a Tomboy. In short, I love to live life to the fullest.. and Jump for Joy whenever I can!
