Our Alumni are doing GREAT THINGS.....
Kristen Davis, 2013 graduate of Barbara Ingram School for the Arts, was crowned Miss Washington County 2017.  Kristen was part of the dance program at BISFA and also participated in the school musicals Thoroughly Modern Millie, Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast, and Legally Blonde.

As the winner she received a $2,000 scholarship, crown, sash, and gifts from businesses throughout the community.

Kristen’s platform is “Let’s Dance!: Teaching and Inspiring Young Artists”, which is very close to her heart.  Kristen will be making appearances in the community and donating her time to many different causes including serving as an ambassador board member with Breast Cancer Awareness-Cumberland Valley Inc., raising money for the Children’s Miracle Network and mentoring young artists in the community.

This June, Kristen will be competing in the Miss Maryland Pageant at the Maryland Theatre, where in 2016 she was voted People’s Choice and placed in the top 12.
