A Note to My Readers
I didn't think it was fair to just stop sending these letters without a last word. After the past year, I am worn out. But then, aren't we all? I'm finding that I'm spreading myself very thin, between babysitting, caretaking here at home, church responsibilities, and client research and writing. Although this newsletter doesn't take that much time or energy, it's more than I have to spare at the moment.
I am still taking clients and responding to emails, so don't hesitate to contact me.
I have one last request - I am looking for a research project that I can write up and submit for professional review. If you have a family story (that does not involve DNA) that you would like me to spend 5-10 hours researching, please email me at ccbreland@comcast.net. This research is free of charge, So send me your research questions, and I'll pick which one I want to work with!
I have one last book recommendation: Ancestry Quest, by Mary Beth Sammons. This is a compilation of true-life DNA discoveries, both happy and sad.
I am still doing virtual presentations, and I'll try to keep current with listing those on my lecture page on my website.
