This is the 101st of weekly progress updates on the development of Simply Testable, your professional automated web frontend testing service providing one-click testing for your entire site.

New Homepage
Last week saw the release of our new team features. Following these changes, I set about adding information about the team collaboration features to the homepage.

That didn't work too well.

As was previously the case with the account page, the homepage was getting a little too cluttered.

I re-designed the homepage, taking inspiration from the websites of successful YCombinator companies, removing all that I could to reduce the page down to a clear collection of grouped information.

Features Page Redesign
I needed to update our features page to include details on the new team features.

As with the homepage, simply adding another chunk of information didn't work too well and made the page feel cluttered.

The features page was re-designed to better segment information into clear sections and to make each distinct set of features more clear.

Upcoming Work
I'll be examining traffic from the homepage to the testing system to see what, if any, changes the new homepage has made.

I'll be adding ad-specific landing pages and will be introducing ad-specific exclusive discounts in advance of running a series of ads on some tech-related podcasts.

As always, if you'd like to see web testing you find boring handled automatically for you, add a suggestion or vote up those that interest you. This really helps.
