Today we are launching EAT LOCAL WEDNESDAY! Every Wednesday Chef Taylor will treat us to a feature made with locally-sourced products. To start us off he has created this delectable hunk of goodness: Blystone Farms wagyu or a filet mignon steak burger with Buckeye Lake Brewery Irish Red beer cheese sauce, thick-cut apple wood smoked bacon, and crispy onion straws on a brioche bun.
