Blessing Day and Transitional AGM:
Sunday 3 February 2013, 2.30 pm

WellSpring will commence for the year on Sunday 3 February with our Blessing Day and Transitional AGM.

Blessing Day: The Blessing Day will be a leisurely opportunity to catch up with others from WellSpring, as well as taking time to celebrate 2012 and commit ourselves and the 2013 program into the hands of God.

Transitional AGM: At the 2012 AGM, WellSpring members voted to adopt a calendar year and office bearers were accordingly appointed for an 18-month period. This means that the next full AGM will be early in 2014. To comply with the WellSpring constitution, members will be provided with reports at the Transitional Annual General Meeting in February 2013.

We would welcome your help with setting up and serving afternoon tea. Please email Ann Lock if you are able to help with this.

The Centre will then reopen during the week on Monday 4 February.

WellSpring Clean-Up Day: 23 January 2013

We plan to have our annual cleanup on Wednesday 23 January from 9.30 am to 12 noon.

Please bring along gloves and gardening implements.

Cleaning products and morning tea provided.

Please email Keryn Tolé for more details.

We would love to see you there.

Prayer at Noon and Fortnightly Eucharist Service

Have you considered joining us for half an hour of silent prayer in the middle of the day during school terms (Monday to Friday)? This is an opportunity to join with others from many branches of the Church in prayer for the concerns of our lives, our communities, our world and the Church. Please come as you are able.

If you are unable to be physically present for our Prayer at Noon services, you might like to download the liturgies we use, to join with us in prayer from wherever you are. Click here for more information and to download the liturgies.

Fortnightly Prayer and Communion Service
(now on Wednesdays)

Formerly held on Fridays, a service of silent prayer is now offered on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 12 noon to 12.45 pm to affirm together the healing presence of God in our world. Holy Communion is offered for all who wish to participate.

Book in quickly - only two places left in the Drumming Day!

Saturday 23 February, 10 am to 3 pm

New WellSpring Silent Retreat: Friday 3 to Sunday 5 May 2013

WellSpring is pleased to announce a third silent retreat for 2013.

Listen to the sea – Listen to your soul, facilitated by Maria McCormack.

Location: Point Roadknight, Anglesea
This silent retreat will provide opportunity to listen to your soul as you enjoy the peaceful coastal surroundings. There will be space for rest, reflection and spiritual direction.

Through generous hospitality, we are able to offer this retreat in 2013 at a lower cost particularly to assist students and concession holders.

Students/concession holders: $120 (Members $108)
Others: $160 (Members $144)
Some retreatants may like to offer more than this to subsidise those who cannot afford the full cost.
Contact Ann Lock, WellSpring Director, if you would like to discuss this further: by email or (03) 9885 0277.

Online bookings can now be made here.
