Spiritual Direction Professional Development Session
"I'm bored ... and are we there yet?"
Tuesday 25 August, 10am to 3pm
Facilitator: Janet Duke Warner
In this session we will spend time together prayerfully pondering the complexities of the issues raised by the words ‘bore’, ‘boring’ and ‘boredom’. Hopefully we will not be bored but rather develop new perspectives of how as Spiritual Directors we meet the challenges of these topics in our own life and that of our pilgrims. Please bring your stories of knowing or not knowing this place. Let us see if we can find joy in this complex area..
Cost: $60 (members: $54); click here

Geelong Region Contemplative Network
Monday 31 August, 5.30pm for nibbles
Grovedale Baptist Church
(Cnr Pioneer Road & Burdoo Drive, Grovedale)
This network is the seed of an idea which is beginning to take root…
We envisage a local community of people who ‘get’ what contemplative practice looks like, value it in their life and who have a desire to encourage others in their journey.
We are wondering about getting together to: encourage one another; learn from one another; and hear what’s going on in our local area.
If you’re interested in fertilising this seed idea, then please come to an initial gathering. All welcome.
Please contact Jo Lewis
or Ann Lock
for more information.

is a new program of WellSpring Centre.
The primary aim of Kaleidoscope Creations is to facilitate the development of quality resources which explore personal journeys from devastation to transformation, through creativity.
WellSpring was delighted to launch the Kaleidoscope Creations program with the production of a full-colour hardback book and DVD, Devastation to Transformation
, drawing together artwork by Fiona Dawn Hill and music by Monique Lisbon.
The launch was a fantastic success, with more than 130 people present, and a wonderful atmosphere of celebration.
