As you all know by now Tier 4 has risen from the depths! This email is to let you know that we're not going down easy!

All classes in the venues are now closed until restrictions lessen, but here in Bournemouth, as before, we're putting our classes on-line and you lovely folk are actively encouraged to attend! The on-line sessions have been really useful for those that have managed to attend so please do try if you haven't up until now. If you need help setting up zoom just contact us and we'll give you instructions - let's keep the classes and you going!

Also please take this moment to enjoy the start of the New Year with as much positivity as you can. Give yourself space to appreciate the things you have and to show compassion and love to those that haven't.

Try to get some exercise so you don't feel stuck indoors and to get your Qi moving. We know how hard it is to motivate oneself at the best of times but fresh air and movement are more healing than you can imagine. Practise what you know, when you can, and be kind to yourself and others!

Don't be afraid to reach out if you need support and likewise don't be afraid to offer a hand if someone needs you.

We'll be in touch as soon as we can get classes back into the venues but until then thank you for all your support in keeping Natural Elements alive & have a great New Year 2021!
