  • SIEPR COVID-19 discussion: The Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research will sponsor a special virtual associates meeting on “The Coronavirus Pandemic and U.S. Health Policy” on Tuesday, April 21, beginning at 5 p.m. Experts will be discuss the effect that COVID-19 is likely to have on U.S. health policy in the months ahead and after the 2020 presidential election.   • COVID-19 Creative Community Response Grant: Proposals are being accepted for a new funding opportunity to steward the power of art toward community connection in uncertain times. Priority will be given to projects that demonstrate how the arts can foster engagement, connection and expression while our campus community is geographically disbursed. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis through May 10.   • Tuition Grant Program: Eligible employees who have a dependent child entering or returning to college to now earn an undergraduate degree can submit a Tuition Grant Program application for the 2020/2021 academic year. Even though applications are accepted throughout the year, it is best to have them submitted as soon as possible to receive an authorization letter in a timely manner.
