  • Rosenkranz Prize: Applications are now open for the Rosenkranz Prize, a $100,000 award given to a Stanford researcher in any discipline doing innovative work to improve health in low- or middle-income countries. The award previously went to junior faculty, but is now open to all Stanford researchers at any career stage working on an inventive global health project. The prize application deadline is March 2.   • Community conversations: Stanford is organizing a two-day conversation Feb. 3 and 4 on mental health and well-being for the campus community, including students, postdocs, staff and faculty. The workshops, roundtables and presentations are designed to shine a light on mental health and well-being, dispel stigmas associated with mental illness and empower community members with tools to help them manage stress, build resilience, support others and thrive. Learn more.
