New workforce, postdoc housing

To expand housing opportunities, Stanford has purchased the new Elan Redwood City apartment complex and renamed it The Cardinal Apartments.

Faculty quality of life measured

A Faculty Quality of Life Survey shows that some 70 percent of faculty rated their quality of life as "good" or "excellent," but many report high stress levels.
