  • AlertSU test: Today, Thursday, Oct. 29, at about 12:05 p.m., Stanford will conduct its annual test of the campus AlertSU system. An alert message will be sent via email to the Stanford community. The test will also include activation of the outdoor warning system, which will sound an audible tone for approximately 30 seconds. Learn more.
  • Vote Center: Tresidder Union is a Santa Clara County Vote Center for the November election. Any eligible voter in Santa Clara County may vote in person or drop off an absentee ballot Oct. 31–Nov. 3. The Vote Center's hours are Oct. 31 to Nov. 2: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. daily; and Nov. 3: 7 a.m.–8 p.m.​ Members of the public are allowed to access the Academic Campus Zone in order to visit the Vote Center, and free visitor parking will be provided. If you plan to vote in person, please follow COVID-19 safety protocol, including maintaining appropriate physical distance and wearing a face covering.
