FAT TUESDAY IS ALMOST HERE.

In our great state of Michigan, that means only one thing: PACZKI TIME!
We've been busy testing two unique, nontraditional paczki flavors over at Sister Pie HQ. Channeling the classic Ludwinski Polish roots (Grandpa Lud would be proud) and introducing the twisted Ludwinski creativity (with Lisa Lud at the helm), these paczki flavors will make your taste buds spin.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT RYE
We pulled out all the stops for this one, beginning with a homemade Nutella for the creamy filling. Toasted hazelnuts are blended together with a mix of bittersweet and milk chocolate, then poured into freshly whipped cream. The paczki dough is enriched with dark rye flour, and finally the doughtnut is dipped in cinnamon-cardamom-powdered sugar. 
CRANBERRY-LEMON POPPY
This little baby has TWO fillings: a jammy cranberry curd made with Michigan berries AND a classic, zesty lemon curd. A side-by-side tart, fruit-forward flavor. The packzi dough is laced with plenty of poppy seeds, and the finished product is dunked in a sweet citrus glaze.

TUESDAY, MARCH 4: Paczki are available for walk-in purchase on a first-come, first served basis starting at 6am on Fat Tuesday.
