Dear <<First Name>>

"And the dead leaves lie huddled and still,
No longer blown hither and thither;
The last lone aster is gone;
The flowers of the witch-hazel wither …"

–Robert Frost

Meet the Wayne Township 4-H Crew!
Melissa and Daníca co-lead 4-H programming in Wayne Township. They host 4-H club meetings and activities in seven township schools and coordinate 4-H workshops, expert guest speakers, and hands-on learning experiences for the young people in Wayne Township! Learn more about them below ⬇️

Why do you love 4-H?
Danica: I grew up in 4-H and have a lot of good memories about 4-H. I met my best friends through 4-H!
Melissa: I love 4-H because no matter what your passion is in 4-H, there is a project that will help you develop & grow in your knowledge of that passion. With 4-H you also learn to develop empathy for your community & fellow 4-H members which will help our youth become philanthropists as adults.

What are you most excited about with this position?
Danica: I am excited to help build engagement for the Fair and Showcase events! I would love to see more participation from the young people in Wayne Township.
Melissa: Getting to introduce our youth to new & interesting topics & experiences.

What are some things that you like to do for fun?
Danica: Crafting - I just finished embroidering a pie art piece, and now I'm deciding on my next project!
Melissa: Playing video games on the computer such as Final Fantasy 14 & Sims 4; also needle crafts like crochet & cross stitch.

Favorite podcast?
Danica: I love any good crime podcast! Crime Junkie, etc.
Melissa: Haunted Road by Amy Bruni on Amazon Music!

Do you believe in aliens?
Danica: I haven't seen any solid proof of it yet, so I can't know for sure!
Melissa: Yes, because the galaxy is a place of mystery & bigger than human comprehension.
