Mazars Graduate and Cadet Program
At Mazars there is a strong focus on training and development to help you grow and develop. You will be provided with specialised training sessions throughout the year, invaluable on-the-job training from experts within the business and external providers, plus online learning via LinkedIn which shares content on fundamental career skills.
The Mazars cadet program is a paid part-time role for 3 days/22.5 hours a week, it is best suited to individuals still completing their university studies who are seeking experience in the accounting field.
If you are close to graduating or have already completed your tertiary education, the Mazars graduate program would be a better fit for you. The graduate program is a paid permanent full-time position structured as a 12-month program in either audit, tax, business advisory or financial advisory depending on your future career goals.
To assist with a smooth transition into the work environment, Mazars has developed a buddy program. Your buddy will be an experienced professional within your team to help you develop and guide you through this important career stage. They will show you everything from how to log on, who’s who, where the best coffee shop is located and much more.
