Resilient Cities Are #Here

On 26 June we kick off the 10th anniversary edition of the Resilient Cities Congress. We’re in Bonn, celebrating ten years of resolve and resilience in the face of ever-growing threats.

Representatives of cities from around the world are already gathered here and ready for three full days of learning, collaboration and discussion.

If you can’t be here in person, you’ll be able to follow everything happening at the Congress through our daily recap emails, blog posts and on Twitter of course (#resilientcities).

The conversation is already underway.

Bridging Global to Local
Special Joint Event on Multilevel Climate Action Focusing on E-Mobility and Adaptation

The Bureau of the COP24 Presidency and ICLEI - in its capacity as focal point of the Local Governments and Municipal Authorities (LGMA) Constituency - in collaboration with the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat will be organizing "Driving Change Together: Special Joint Event on Multilevel Climate Action Focusing on E-mobility and Adaptation" on Wednesday, 26 June at the World Conference Center Bonn.

The COP24 Presidency and ICLEI are continuing their engagement on issues that will help global climate strategy objectives to be reached. This session is an excellent opportunity to deepen multilateral cooperation and contribute to taking a next step in the discussion on climate change and multilevel climate action.

Mayors from around the world will attend to make their voices heard. We invite you follow along on Twitter. We’ll be live-tweeting on #resilientcities and #sb50Bonn on @ICLEI. Click here for all the tweets.
