The first in a series of conversations about economic issues affecting DC’s individuals, families and communities and critical tools that can measurably improve financial well-being. Kartik Athreya, group vice president, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will discuss his recent research on the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), with a focus on EITC use in DC.
