Small Business Technical Assistance Best Practices Panel Series

Exploring the Onboarding Process from Intake to Assessment
Wednesday, February 11

CNHED''s Small Business Technical Assistance (SBTA) Working Group peer-to-peer best practices series provides an opportunity for small business development practitioners to come together to learn from each other and share information to improve technical assistance service delivery.

Join fellow small business development peers as we kick-off the first best practices series with a panel discussion that looks at the onboarding process of three SBTA provider organizations from intake, collection of client information to assessment. We'll also glean insights about best practices of a housing counseling practitioner's intake and assessment process to see what we can learn for others in the community development field.

Our Best Practices Panelists:
  • Rossana Espinoza, Small Business Development Officer, Latino Economic Development Center
  • Lindsay Hicks, Technical Assistance Officer, Washington Area Community Investment Fund
  • Christopher Powell, Consultant, Emory Beacon of Light
  • Willamena Samuels, Director of Manna's Homebuyers Club, Manna Inc.
