Students Step Up

Students at Lisa Academy have been supporting the Wisdom House and writing Letters of Hope for the past three years thanks to their wonderful teacher, Mrs. Walker. This year, the students wrote and illustrated children's books for the students at the Wisdom House Kindergarten. We can't wait to share these beautiful books!
Darlynton and Natalie from our team at SETF and the Wisdom House give a presentation to students at Holy Souls Middle School. The students were engaged and asked great questions while becoming experts on what is happening in Syria. The students are reading the book, Refugee.
A dedicated volunteer gives a speech to his class at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, educating his peers on the crisis in Syria and explaining how a letter of hope reaches people who need it the most.
