What could April bring that's better than May flowers?
This Mother's Day, one lucky mom is looking for a new home after giving birth to six healthy puppies. April, pictured below, wants to wish all the other moms out there a wonderful Mother's Day next weekend. We're sure she'll be getting pampered, and you all deserve to do the same!  If you're looking to adopt a mature, wonderful Boxer mama this year, look no further than April!

On another Mother's Day note, we want to remind everyone of the importance of spaying and neutering your pets. Overpopulation is a problem hurting animals in every city across the country. If we could reduce the number of pets being born, we'd reduce the number of pets needing rescue, like April. Luckily for April's puppies, we have a long waiting list of loving, approved homes looking for puppies. See below for some of the other great Boxers we have available for adoption though! Maybe Mom's looking for a new furry friend?

Meet Roxy. On the outside, Roxy looks like a beautiful Boxer with expendable energy. And in some ways, she is! But she's special too. After Roxy came into FBR, the vet found a tumor on her spinal chord and the prognosis is not good. Her foster family had a few options: they could provide a comfortable home and shower her with love in the time she has left, or they could provide a comfortable home, shower her with love AND write her a bucket list that lets her do more in her short time left than most dogs get to do in a lifetime! You can guess what they chose! Roxy has already flown in a plane, gotten dolled up for an FBR event, played at the beach, been served at a restaurant and even fallen in love!
