The Former Governors’ Mansion to Host a Halloween Open House
BISMARCK - The Former Governors’ Mansion is hosting a Halloween Open House on Saturday, Oct. 31, at the corner of Fourth Street and Avenue B in Bismarck. The event is free and open to the public. Costumes are encouraged. All ages are welcome, but children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The mansion will be open from 2 to 3 p.m. for children to enjoy spooky stories and singing Halloween songs in the parlor with Kittyko. Treats will be handed out at the door. From 6 to 8 p.m. visitors can explore the mansion where they will encounter various Halloween guests including a tarot reader, fortune teller, and a Ouija board. Treats and beverages will be available.
