Train Fun at Camp Hancock

BISMARCK—The State Historical Society of North Dakota is hosting the free event “Train Fun for Young Children” on Friday, July 24, 2 p.m. at Camp Hancock State Historic Site. Children are invited to participate in making simple train whistles, singing train songs, and forming a train with wagons and pull toys. A limited number of wooden train whistles will be available on a first come, first served basis.

 Located at 101 E. Main Ave. in Bismarck, Camp Hancock features a 1909 locomotive engine on display. For more information, contact Kristin or Johnathan at shsfgm@nd.gov or call 328-9528.
