Free Event Will Screen the Final Episode of Downton Abbey
Bismarck, ND – Local fans can be among the first to see the final episode of the Emmy® and Golden Globe® award-winning drama “Downton Abbey” on Masterpiece on Sunday, March 6, at 2 p.m. at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum, Bismarck.
Prairie Public Television and the State Historical Society of North Dakota will host the free final episode showing followed by complimentary tea and dainties. Fancy hats and clothing are encouraged but not required.
“We invite attendees to bid farewell to this show by wearing vintage hats or period dress if they wish,” said Kimberly Jondahl, Communications & Education director with the State Historical Society.
Downton Abbey is the most-watched drama in PBS history and one of the highest-rated dramas now on American television.
