BISMARCK – Children are invited to “Kitty Valentine’s Celebration,” on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 2 p.m. at the Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site, 320 East Ave. B in Bismarck. This free event is hosted by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The cat toys may be taken home or left at the Mansion for delivery to a local shelter. There will not be cats present at the event.
