"Kittyko on the Lawn" Performance at Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site


BISMARCK, N.D. – The Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site is hosting “Kittyko on the Lawn” June 15 from 11 a.m. to noon. The mansion is located at 320 East Ave. B in Bismarck. This free event is open to all ages.

Participants can move, sing, and dance at this program. Local musician Kittyko will sing songs and tell stories about the ocean, sun, summer, and fun. Those attending are encouraged to bring beach-themed items such as beach balls, big sunglasses, squirt toys, and beach blankets. Participants will be able to cool off in a small sprinkler. 
 
The Former Governors’ Mansion is a state historic site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, noon-4 p.m. For more information about the Former Governors’ Mansion, contact 701.328.9528.
