This month, we had a Bake Sale to help raise money for the five in-school libraries that we would be setting up in public primary schools on Lagos Mainland by the end of the year. Read about Our ‘One Cake = One Book’ Fundraiser.

 Raimat Ali shares the prison experience of an ex-inmate who spent seven years in prison for an offense he did not commit. Read Seven Years in a Nigerian Prison:

On Wednesday 26th August, 2015, I met and sat with Michael Perfection Ereba, an ex-inmate of Ikoyi Prison. He was discharged and acquitted that day of drug trafficking after spending seven years in the prison awaiting trial. After giving an explanation to how he got arrested, Michael told us about his time in prison. He was among the pioneers of the prison library and computer facilities set up by ZODML.
