Dear valued Clients & Colleagues:
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be teaching Group Meditation Classes at the studio this spring and am teaching private instruction on an ongoing basis. Some of you know of my own long-time practice of meditation and the benefits I’ve received – and continue to receive. During the course of becoming a Perfect Health Ayurvedic Instructor, I learned and studied several forms of meditation, including; guided visualizations, visual meditations, sound meditation, and mantra based meditation. I’ve had the opportunity to deepen my own meditation practice and really develop a daily practice morning and evening. I’m so excited to teach you and share with you a practice that has transformed my own life so deeply and continues to do so.
There are so many ways to meditate and I look forward to helping you explore and achieve a practice that works for you. We know that meditation improves brain health and function. It helps reduce anxiety, improves sleep, lowers the heart rate, reduces blood pressure and lowers cholesterol. These are concrete health benefits that everyone can experience. You’ll also gain greater inner peace, which spills over into your everyday approach to life and relationships.
Please join me for four Saturday mornings in 2016: February 20th, March 5th, March 12th and March 19th
for Meditation Group Classes. Classes run from 8:30 – 9:45 a.m. I’ll be teaching you a mantra based meditation using breath awareness and specific intentions.
I’m offering all four Meditation Group Classes for an introductory rate of $150, or single classes at $40 each. Pre-registration is required. Please call the studio at 520-299-6541 to sign up.
