Ka pai Canterbury!

Yesterday thousands of Cantabs ditched their devices and scored some digital downtime. A first for New Zealand!

How was the Detox for you?

Answer these two quick questions and you’ll be in to win one of three Cakes By Anna. Nom, nom, nom!

We’d love to know what you got up to for the Detox and how you felt about it.
What's next?

Whether it’s your phone, boss, kids or the voice in your head, it can be hard to relax, focus and be at our best.

So for the next four Mondays, we’ll bring you fresh ideas for finding balance, connecting with nature, recharging your batteries and enjoying the moment. Plus some great prizes!
Week 1: Finding Balance

If you think the Detox was good, the benefits of unplugging regularly are literally life changing. So this week your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to decide on 1-2 ways you can create digital downtime in your everyday life.
WIN an Orana Park adventure!

Our first prize is a family adventure to Orana Park, including free admission and your choice of tiger feeding, hanging out with lions, or lounging with lemurs.

To be in to win, make a Digital Detox box for your whānau (or workplace) then send us a pic or post it on our Facebook page.

As well as a great holiday boredom buster, you’ll have a place to store your phones. It’s a win-win!
SiloStay winner

On the subject of prizes, well done to Digital Detoxer Tracey Williams who has won two nights at Little River’s SiloStay (what wonderful, generous people they are at SiloStay!).

Digital Detox
Great stuff to everyone who checked their phones in at the All Right? Amble yesterday! For some it was easy. For others it was more of a challenge!

Watch our video from the day to see how people responded!
We'll be in touch next week with our new Mind Your Head mission. Until then go forth and be tech-savvy!
