Dear NVHR Supporters and Partners,
We are pleased to present NVHR's Year-in-Review for 2018, which highlights our advocacy efforts throughout the past year. We extend our most sincere thanks to our partners and colleagues who have helped make our work possible. Your steadfast support has allowed us to develop more educational tools and resources this year to expand the capacity of community organizations, health care providers, and public health officials to provide hepatitis C screening and linkage to care services for people at-risk or living with hepatitis C. We have brought greater attention to the relationship between opioid use and viral hepatitis, called for expanded hepatitis B vaccination, and continued work to improve hepatitis C treatment access.

Despite the strides we’ve made, viral hepatitis remains a serious public health concern. In 2019, NVHR will build on the progress we’ve made this year and continue to advocate for increased testing and better access to care – working toward our goal of eliminating hepatitis B and C in the United States.
